Will PHOTO FARM provide Return & Refund service if my stuffs broken during delivery?


Your stuffs broken while delivery? Or we missing out some of the stuffs from your order? Don’t worry, drop us an email and we will proceed for you!

What should I do if I have received the broken stuffs?

STEP 1     Send a email with your order ID to hello@myphotofarm.com.
STEP 2     We will reply your email within 24-48 hours.
STEP 3     We will proceed the replacement for you.
STEP 4     You will receive a new stuff without additional charge!

What is the progress of Return & Refund?

  1. We offer replacements and refunds for defective items IF the defects occurred during delivery.
  2. The return process is simple. Just take a photo on the defective goods, parcel and consignment note then email to hello@myphotofarm.com.
  3. We will bear the shipping charges for replacements.
  4. The return policy will only be effective for a period of one (1) week from the time you receive it from the shipping agent.
